    For Martin Bouma of the Bouma Group at Keller Williams, May results continue the uptick that April brought. Combining the two months and comparing them to the same period last year, Bouma saw an increase of $1.2 million in volume and one unit.

    "May so far is the best month we've had this year," Bouma said.
